Ministro Albuquerque monitora restabelecimento de energia no Amapá

O ministro de Minas e Energia, Bento Albuquerque, segue monitorando pessoalmente a religação de transformadores e subestações de energia no Amapá. Após a autorização da Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (Aneel) para o uso de duas usinas termelétricas no estado, o ministro Albuquerque acionou, mais cedo, o gerador de uma delas.

Além do uso das usinas em caráter excepcional, o Ministério de Minas e Energia já havia autorizado a instalação de 22 unidades emergenciais de geração de energia na região. A subestação Santa Rita recebeu 13 geradores, enquanto a subestação Santana recebeu outros 9 geradores.

O Ministério das Comunicações, que também está engajado no restabelecimento da energia no Amapá, publicou hoje (20) um extenso caderno de ações conjuntas. Segundo o documento, o governo federal monitora de perto a situação do estado com um gabinete de crise composto por diversos órgãos e agências.

» Ministério da Defesa

Coordenador da Operação Amapá, o Ministério da Defesa autorizou o emprego das Forças Armadas para ações de suporte ao restabelecimento de energia no Amapá. Em parceria com a Defesa Civil local, os militares estão responsáveis pela distribuição de água potável para a população e pelo suporte em hospitais, laboratórios e clínicas.

Médicos, dentistas, farmacêuticos e nutricionistas militares também estão empenhados em prestar suporte à população. Segundo informa o Ministério da Defesa, aeronaves e navios estão fazendo o transporte de suprimentos e geradores para a região.

» Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional

A pasta repassou cerca de R$ 21,5 milhões para locação de geradores e aquisição de combustível para abastecer temporariamente o Estado. A pasta também é responsável pela Defesa Civil.

» Ministério da Saúde

O Ministério da Saúde (MS) atua no despacho de medicamentos, equipes e insumos para garantir o consumo de água potável no Amapá. Segundo informa o caderno de ações do governo federal, há equipes de saúde ambiental, saúde do trabalhador, vigilância de emergências em saúde pública, imunização e doenças transmissíveis e demais agentes da secretaria de Vigilância em Saúde do ministério (SVS).

O MS trabalha, ainda, para elaborar um plano de ação para curto e médio prazo, além de um plano de resposta à doenças agudas, que tendem a aumentar no advento da falta prolongada de energia elétrica. Segundo o relato do MS, doenças diarreicas agudas, malária, arboviroses e grupos de risco, como diabetes, hipertensão e doenças transmitidas por alimentos serão o foco das ações nas próximas semanas.

A pasta informa, ainda, que todos os procedimentos para prevenção do contágio do novo coronavírus fazem parte dos protocolos.

» Ministério da Infraestrutura

A pasta trabalha para manter o fluxo normal em rodovias, aeroportos e demais vias de acesso ao estado e às regiões críticas para o fornecimento de energia. O ministério informa que os banheiros dos aeroportos estão abertos para a população em geral.

Projeto de indenização

O plenário do Senado Federal aprovou, na quinta-feira (19), um projeto para indenizar cidadãos do Amapá pelo apagão. Segundo o texto da iniciativa, a indenização seria feita por meio de créditos sobre a conta de luz. O texto ainda deve passar pelo aval dos deputados e pela sanção presidencial. A compensação será dada para consumidores residenciais, industriais ou comerciais que tiveram a energia cortada.

Calendário de eleições

Com a crise no fornecimento de energia, as eleiçõesno estado foram adiadas, o presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, ministro Luís Barroso, definiu as novas datas: 6 de dezembro para a votação em primeiro turno e 20 de dezembro para o segundo turno, se houver.

Segundo nota emitida pelo Ministério das Comunicações, há preocupação e monitoramento do governo federal sobre as condições de segurança, locomoção e funcionamento do pleito. Todas essas questões serão avaliadas constantemente.

Segundo o documento, aproximadamente 765 mil pessoas foram afetadas pelo apagão, o que corresponde a 90% da população do estado.
