INDICAÇÃO: Sargento Eyder Brasil contribuiu para a política de Regularização Fundiária no estado

O deputado Sargento Eyder Brasil (PSL) celebrou durante sessão extraordinária de quarta-feira (18), a aprovação do Projeto de Lei 481/2020, de autoria do estado, que institui a Política de Regularização Fundiária de Terras Públicas Rurais e Urbanas Pertencentes ao Estado de Rondônia.

No mês de março deste ano, Eyder Brasil, através de Indicação parlamentar Nº 328/2020), apontou ao Poder Executivo, sobre a necessidade de elaboração da Lei Estadual para regulamentar os processos administrativos a serem adotados com a finalidade de proceder à Regularização Fundiária Urbana e Rural.

Eyder Brasil afirmou que desde quando assumiu o mandato, tem pautado a regularização fundiária, pois sabe que é o grande gargalo do desenvolvimento e progresso do estado.

Atualmente, o Estado de Rondônia possui dezenas de glebas,  bem como cerca de 90 mil propriedades rurais não regularizadas. A aprovação da lei propicia a titulação de lotes urbanos e rurais em prol de cidadãos Rondonienses.
