O motociclista identificado como Eusébio R. S., 40 anos, ficou gravemente ferido logo nas primeiras horas da manhã deste domingo (22), ao avançar a preferencial e ser violentamente atingido por um carro que estava sendo conduzido por um homem de 36 anos, no cruzamento das Avenidas Pinheiro Machado com Ananias Ferreira Manaíba, bairro Igarapé, zona leste de Porto Velho.

A Polícia Militar foi acionada para atender a ocorrência onde o motorista do carro contou que seguia na Pinheiro Machado sentido bairro quando foi surpreendido pelo motociclista que seguia na Ananias Ferreira Manaíba e avançou a preferencial sendo bruscamente atingido pelo carro fazendo com que a vítima fosse jogado a vários metros de distância tendo uma fratura exposta em uma das pernas entre outras lesões.

A vítima receber os primeiros socorros ainda no local por uma equipe do corpo de bombeiros e posteriormente foi encaminhado às pressas para emergência do hospital João Paulo II. O motorista do carro foi submetido ao teste de etilômetro tendo o resultado 0.70mg/L, desta forma sendo configurado o crime de trânsito de dirigir sob influência de álcool e recebeu voz de prisão e apresentado na central de flagrantes onde foi feito o registro da ocorrência de embriaguez na direção.
